A poem of Mindful Flow. Breathing. Writing. Soon to be sipping coffee. Aware of thoughts. Not captured by thoughts. Breathing, writing, and soon to sip coffee. Not obsessed by arising thoughts. Not holding on to arising thoughts. Breathing, writing, and sipping coffee. Once again, breathing, writing, and sipping coffee. Outside, the sky is blue, the sky is clear. The ground is wet from days of rain. Birds sing praise to the arising sun. Taste buds sing awareness of sipped coffee. Breathe, write, and sip coffee. Breathe, write, sip coffee as the tinnitus sound generator plays through Bose headphones. Sipping coffee after awareness of lifting mug to the lips. Practicing awareness of all without thought. No judging, qualifying, quantifying, labelling, or critiquing. Not seeing things as good, bad, beautiful, ugly, purposeful, wasteful, pleasant, painful. Awareness without adjectives. Practice preventing thought to become more aware of thought. Practice Mindful Writing Meditation to notice only those thoughts necessary for writing. Let the flow go by without attachment to any one thought. Do not react to the reactive brain. Allow the Mind to be aware of and then release the arisen thought. It is but a thought, not reality, not truth. Be mindful of them as they arise. Be mindful of attachment as it arises. By releasing judgment, releasing of attachment is possible. For what is attachment but a simple thought arising. Be of senses, mindful and aware. Even of thoughts, of attachment. Judge not the judgment when it arises.
